RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. REFUNDS/RETURNS NOT DONE ON ITEMS PLACED IN
ONES MOUTH, LIKE TURKEY MOUTH CALLS, OR ANY CALLS PLACED INTO MOUTH TO USE, THIS IS FOR HEALTH REASONS, NOR RETURNS ON LIQUID LURES, CRYSTAL LURES, COVER SCENTS, NOR RETURNS ON MP3 SOUNDS, CASSETTE TAPES, OR CLOSEOUT ITEMS.
ALL RETURN MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE AND HAVE THE RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, SO WE CAN SEE. DO NOT COVER UP THIS RMA NUMBER!!!
Products returned for exchange, credit, or refund, must be returned postage paid, and NO C.O.D. returns will be accepted. No Refund on shipping charges. All items must be in NEW CONDITION and in the undamaged packaging. All returns
will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 30%. The determination of the condition of returned merchandise, and of the restocking fees, is at the SOLE DISCRETION OF S T O WILDLIFE CALLS.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If your merchandise is damaged when you receive it, notify the carrier immediately, and EMAIL US within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved.
